Senger Large Goose Cream - Removable Heat & Cool Pack

Some Senger cuddly animals feature removable heatable inserts designed to provide gentle warmth and comfort. Before warming your Senger companion for the first time, please read the instructions carefully.

Important safety information:

• Always remove the inner pillow/insert from the toy before heating. Only heat the removable insert — never heat the entire cuddly animal.

• Never leave the insert unattended while warming.

• Allow approximately 30 seconds after warming before checking the temperature.

• Always test the warmth carefully before giving it to a child.

• The inner filling may become warmer than the outer surface.

• Heating times and temperatures may vary depending on your appliance.
  

Never exceed the recommended heating times or temperatures. Cherry Stone or Grape Seed Inserts

To warm a Cherry Stone or Grape Seed pillow:

Microwave:

Place the insert on a microwave-safe plate and warm for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute at a maximum of 600W.

Oven:

Place the insert in the oven at 75°C for approximately 3–5 minutes.

Always check the temperature carefully before use. An overheated insert may cause burns or may become damaged. Spelt Husk Inserts

To warm a Spelt Husk insert:

Oven:

Place the insert in the oven at a maximum of 75°C for approximately 2–3 minutes.

Important: Never heat a Spelt Husk insert in the microwave, as this may cause it to burn.

A Spelt Husk insert may also be warmed gently on a safe heater (where suitable and safe to do so). How do I cool my Senger cuddly toy?

To cool the insert, place only the removable pillow in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Your Senger friend can continue providing comfort while the insert cools.

Senger cuddly toys are made using high-quality natural fibres, so gentle care is important to help preserve their softness, shape, and comfort.

For best results, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent or wool detergent.

Before washing, any surface dirt can be gently removed with a soft brush. Because Senger uses natural fibres rather than polyester fillings, frequent heavy washing is usually not necessary.

When washing your Senger companion:

• Use cool water and plenty of water.

• Allow the toy to soak briefly in clean water before adding a small amount of mild or wool detergent.

• Gently move the toy through the water — do not rub, brush, wring, or twist.

• Avoid strong spinning cycles, as natural wool fibres can felt and may cause the filling to clump permanently.

• After washing, carefully squeeze out excess water and leave the toy to dry flat on a towel.

• Move the toy regularly while drying to help the drying process.
  

A natural wool scent may be noticeable after washing, but this will fade as the toy dries.

For Senger toys filled with cotton, hand washing or a gentle wash cycle with mild detergent may be suitable. As with all natural fibres, small lumps in the filling can occasionally occur after washing and are a normal characteristic of natural materials.
